Google Aiming to Go Straight Into Car With Next Android

Google is laying the groundwork for a version of Android that would be built directly into cars, sources said, allowing drivers to enjoy all the benefits of the Internet without even plugging in their smartphones.

The move is a major step up from Google's current Android Auto software, which comes with the latest version of its smartphone operating system and requires a phone to be plugged into a compatible car with a built-in screen to access streaming music, maps and other apps.
Google, however, has never provided details or a timeframe for its long-term plan to put Android Auto directly into cars. The Crew :: Coolest graphics in the game

It's been a year of slim pickings for racing fans. Barring Forza Horizon 2 and GRID Autosport, there has been very little to choose from for fans of the genre in this country, particularly because you can't get Driveclub outside of the grey market just yet. We haven't seen a new game in the Need For Speed series either, with Electronic Arts deciding against a release this year. With this in mind, The Crew becomes one of the very few multiplatform racing games available at the moment. Ubisoft's open world game wears its influences on its sleeves, bringing together every cliche from Need For Speed Underground series and Fast and The Furious.

You have not-so-legal street racing gangs, an FBI investigation, and a slew of cars to choose from. It might not be the most original of settings but it serves as a ready scaffolding against which you can explore what the game has to offer.

Some of the missing features of AirDroid 3 include browsing files and photos, accessing camera app, locating the handset, take screenshots, change ringtones and more.
The updated AirDroid 3 app is available to download from Google Play, while the Mac and Windows apps can be downloaded from the 'Download' tab on the company website.

Whether you are all about that bass or just want a simple headset that is more durable than the free and (usually) flimsy pair of earphones that came with your smartphone, then you will need to spend a little money. The good thing is that a lot of audio equipment makers are realising the demand for quality, yet relatively affordable headphones, and we're starting to see the emergence of a decent mid-range of headphones that doesn't make you break the bank either.

Windows 10 Consumer Preview to Be Unveiled at January Event: Report

Microsoft is reportedly all set to detail the consumer features of Windows 10 at an event in late-January, a date that is in-line with the firm's earlier announcement to release a consumer preview of the new multi-device OS in early 2015.Sources close to the Redmond giant's plans are claimed to have told The Verge the late-January press event will be comprehensive, and showcase several new features, such as a new touch interface called Continuum, ahead of the release of the Windows 10 consumer preview. The press event will reportedly be announced before the end of the year.
